It’s the perfect solution for busy individuals and families who want to save time while getting all their essential items.

How does Click & Collect Work?
Simply choose Click & Collect as your shopping method in the app or online (www.coles.com.au). And then:
1. Select a location: Select Sunbury
2. Select a window: Choose your preferred time of day (order by 2pm for same day collection)
3. Complete your shop: Sit back and let us do the packing
4. We’ll get your groceries sorted: An SMS or a push notification from the Coles app will be sent when ready for collection
5. For faster collection: Let us know when you are on your way, and have arrived at store, via the Coles app or SMS
Collect your order:
Arrival: Drive to our shopping center and follow the signs to the designated Click & Collect drive-through area.
Park: Park in one of the marked Click & Collect bays.
Notify: Use the Coles app or call the number provided in your confirmation email to notify us of your arrival.
Pick Up: A friendly team member will bring your order directly to your car.
